Our chef’s rolls are the result of creativity, inspiration and experience. Each item on the menu is created with the idea of surprising, delighting and being remembered. Roll Club chefs experiment with flavors, combining traditional Japanese techniques with modern interpretations. The result is original rolls that you won’t find in a regular sushi bar.

How we created our premium roles

Inspiration from Asia

We started by exploring classic Japanese cuisine — sushi, maki, futomaki — and modern Asian fusion trends. We studied the cuisines of Tokyo, Seoul, and Bangkok, attended master classes, and talked to chefs who have been working with seafood for decades.

Own ideas and an original approach

After a deep analysis of trends, our chefs began to create unique combinations using the best ingredients:
